2010 Spring Season Registration Info

Online registration for the 2010 Spring Season will begin on October 21, 2009.     

How to Register

1.  Register online.  SMYB offers online registration and payment for both new and returning players.  Each family creates or logs into an account, registers one or more children, and pays via secure credit card.  All information is kept private for the use of SMYB only.  Please make sure your email address is correct since all of SMYB’s reminders and announcements are sent via email. 

2.  Download the Registration Form.  Download and print the registration form and return via mail to SMYB, P.O. Box 111, San Marcos, CA  92079-0111.

Please note that all registrations received after December 31, 2009 will be assessed a $20.00 late fee and the player(s) will be placed on a waiting list.   
 
 If you are new to the league, please mail to the above address or email (mtrayer@cox.net) a copy of your child's birth certificate.

  • $25 (Per Family) – TO BUY OUT SNACK BAR DUTY (OPTIONAL) OR
  • $50 (Per Family) – SNACK BAR DEPOSIT – SEPARATE CHECK NEEDED (REQUIRED ONLY IF NOT BUYING OUT) ONCE YOU WORK 3 HOURS IN THE SNACK BAR, YOUR CHECK IS RETURNED TO YOU.
